Should a place like Guantanamo still exist? You're talking about 84 out of 166 prisoners who are on hunger strike at the US-run detention centre, Guantanamo Bay. The facility opened in 2002 to hold suspects captured in counter-terrorism operations after the 11 September 2001 attacks in the US.
