Renowned Pakistani poet visits the North West of England
One of Pakistan's most renowned poets Professor Anwar Masood has been visiting England.
Well known for his Punjabi poems that pick out life's little nuances, he takes big ideas and wraps them into deceptively small packages.
For example his poem Chai versus Lassi, on the surface it's a description of a verbal battle between tea and the sweet yoghurt drink, but dig deeper and it's a complex commentary on how society has created hang ups around skin colour.
