Cats abandoned in a house
RSPCA Inspector Anthony Joynes calls police to assist him at a report of two cats left abandoned inside a house. The cats have been left without food or water and Anthony fears for their safety. The police knock the door down and Anthony finds the two cats living in terrible conditions.
