Having previously established that a school's head teacher has disappeared, a detective conducts the first interview of her investigation. The school caretaker describes how he had overheard the head having a phone conversation the previous evening, in which he said "see you tomorrow - if I survive". The detective indicates the importance of listening, asking open questions and noting the key points while they are fresh in your memory.
