TV presenter Graham Norton makes this touching appeal on behalf of Parkinson鈥檚 UK, a charity that provides funds for research and specialised Parkinson鈥檚 nurses who are able to assist people with managing their conditions more effectively.

The film features Sarah; a forty two year old mum of two who was diagnosed with Parkinson鈥檚 only a couple of years ago. Sarah shares her experiences of living with the condition with a young family, how Parkinson鈥檚 UK helped her to change her attitude towards her condition and how much she relies on her Parkinson鈥檚 nurse to cope with her symptoms.
