Oral history project wins lottery funding - Leicester
How do you fancy recording your memories for future generations?
Leicester-based social enterprise, Children and Parents Alliance, has won Heritage Lottery funding to undertake an oral history project recording the early times of black people coming to Leicester.
Val Fisher is the woman behind the project, in this clip she tells 大象传媒 Leicester's Everton Osbourne why she feels compelled to honour their contributions.
