Billy's Wish and men swapping clothes
An education programme is launched to promote knife crime awareness in primary and secondary schools across the Hemel, Berkhemstead and Tring areas.
In 2011 21-year-old Billy Dove was fatally stabbed in the centre of Hemel Hempstead.
He had been out for a few drinks with his friends and they were approached by a gang of people when the attack happened.
Last night, an education programme was launched to promote knife crime awareness in schools across Hertfordshire.
Iain hears from Billy's family.
Chris Preddie joins Iain, he's from the charity Make Dreams A Reality, an organisation which educates teens about the effects and dangers of gun and knife crime.
