Confessing to the bad things we鈥檝e done is uncomfortable. But can it help us to become better people?
As a Catholic priest, Father Stephen Wang has heard thousands of confessions. Mike Williams asks him how he copes with the burden of so many people鈥檚 sins. He also meets a young woman who chose to admit she had wronged friends and family - and said sorry. And he hears what happened when a rapist confessed to the woman he attacked.
