For the next two days Geoff Doyle and Luke Ashmead are cycling the torch relay route across Beds, Herts and Bucks a year on.

The pair will stop at all the towns on the way and en-route chat to torchbearers, volunteers, legacy leaders, Olympians, aspiring Paralympians and other people involved in sport.

Ìý

Geoff and Luke will ask whether the torch relay - as well as the Olympics and Paralympics - inspired us to take up sport.

Ìý

The team has a tight deadline and needs to finish its route by 6pm on both days.
