Critics say the correction was harsher than necessary because Latvia pegged its currency to the Euro. Shaun Ley speaks to Valdis Dombrovskis, Latvia’s Prime Minister. Why does he hope that in Brussels this month the EU will say yes to Latvia joining the Euro, when many of his own citizens want to say no?
