James Watt brings you three hours of music and chat to brighten your day. He's talking to comedy poet Craig Bradley who is walking from Lands End to John O鈥橤roats and is in our patch right now. We catch up with his sore feet and get him to write a poem for Staffordshire.
We鈥檒l also be chatting to Hayley Lindley about Cheshire Youth Theatre, and how young people can get involved.
There's also day three of this week's tricky quiz Watt's The Answer with the team from Gladstone Pottery Museum - and you can get involved to help them out with any missing answers.
The listen again programme is a repeat. Please listen carefully as our phone lines may have closed and you may still be charged. Enjoy the show.
