Paying 'Black Tax' in Nottingham
Volunteers at a Nottingham supplementary school for children from African Caribbean Communities introduce the concept of the ‘black tax’ as they celebrate their 30th anniversary. Shiefton Supplementary School was created to address a concern that black children underachieve in mainstream schools.
