Around 3.7 million people in the UK have diabetes.

That includes an estimated seven hundred thousand who don't even know they have it.

Diabetes costs the NHS around 拢10 billion a year that's 10% of the entire NHS budget.

On this week's programme we'll talk to people who have it, find out what's being done to prevent it and tell you about the symptoms to look out for.
