Are modern mums stopping their kids from playing outdoors out of fear?

A white paper, written in conjunction with the National Children's Bureau, suggests that the majority of mums spend most of their time with their children indoors. A separate study shows many parents won't let their children climb trees, go camping or ride bikes.
