We catch up with Matt Cave from Goatacre, he recently had a kidney transplant and is now competing in the transplant games.
Mark meets Rob McLeod from Swindon, he prefers to be called Stumpy as he was in a motorbike accident which ended up costing him his leg and is now aiming to get a black belt in Karate.
And a Ramsbury company, only two years into business, has already scooped top awards for their originally named and uniquely blended tea.
