Ashton Court Festival ran from 1974 through to 2007. For over 40 years it was the home of music in Bristol every summer. This is the last in a 15 part series of programmes about special musical homes in the West Country. And on the eve of Brisfest, the festival which has taken over where Ashton Court Community Festival left off, we celebrate the true home of music for the city.
