While still a teenager Amelia Cope set up the MIM Modelling agency. She now has over 1500 names on her books and she hasn't turned 24.

Perry Spiller talks to Amelia about the business, her work with ASDA, Waterloo Road and Hollyoakes, and discovers she has no plans to leave Stoke.
