Joyce and her son Derek talk about coming to terms with the sad and sudden loss of his brother Graham. Even now, almost two decades on, Joyce and Derek aren't clear on the circumstances surrounding the tragedy, and this has made it difficult for them to reconcile themselves to the loss.
