This week five disabled people won their Court of Appeal challenge over the Government's decision to abolish the Independent Living Fund.
The Fund provides support for around 19,000 severely disabled people in Britain, to live independent lives in the community. But with welfare reforms, budget cuts and bureaucracy, how easy is it to do that?
