Postnatal depression

Dr Chetna Kang and Toby Friedner focus on disability and mental health.

It's estimated that between 10 and 15% of women suffer postnatal depression.

Symptoms are similar to depression at other times and can include low mood, lethargy and anxiety among other things.

But there is plenty of help available and it's never too late to seek help.

This week we'll hear from women who have been through it and find out what help is available.
