Laurie Anderson was Lou Reed’s wife for the last 15 years of his life. An artist and musician in her own right, she has featured in two Arena’s. In ‘The Human Face’ Laurie Anderson presents an examination of mankind’s obsession with its own image. Back in 1988, Anderson features in Arena documentary about the controversial 60s/70s photographer Robert Mapplethorpe, as he photographs her in his studio.
