Two years after the Welsh national football manager, Gary Speed took his own life, his father Roger is still looking answers; He talks to Caroline Barker about still not knowing why it happened and whether enough is being done now to help vulnerable athletes. We also hear from sport psychologist Marion Sulprizio at the German Sport University in Cologne about "MentalGestärkt" (Mentally Prepared), an initiative started after German footballer Robert Enke took his own life in 2009, which helps athletes with psychological problems get the right treatment.

Historic or Rhetoric
Billed as "historic", the inaugural Women and Sport Forum for Africa and Asia, organised by the International Olympic Committee took place in Kuwait this week. We discuss how to tackle issues including violence against sportswomen by male coaches and athletes and debilitating cultural and religious restrictions.
