The EU fines eight banks for forming illegal cartels to rig interest rates.

The European Commission has fined eight banks for 'shocking' collusion to rig interest rates. We hear what kind of behaviour bankers were engaged in and whether the fines issued really will act as deterrents. Also the 大象传媒's Lucy Burton is in Bucharest reporting on whether Romanians have plans to leave for the European countries which are removing work restrictions from January 1st - a major political issue in Britain in particular.
