Councillor says man who closed M42 should've been Tasered
Solihull councillor Linda Brown wrote in a letter to Solihull News that the man who threatened to jump from a bridge over the M42, closing the motorway for more than 24 hours, should have been Tasered. Pete Morgan asked her to defend her controversial comments.
