Greece: The Pessimistic Case

With Greece's economy projected to finally return to positive growth, Ed Butler visits Athens to hear from those who question whether their country has really turned the corner.

In the second of two programmes reporting on the Greek economy, Ed Butler hears from those who question whether their country's depression has really bottomed out.

He speaks to ordinary Greeks queuing at an Athens soup kitchen, a supermarket boss about how the country is still mired in red tape, an investigative journalist who was prosecuted after he leaked a list of wealthy and powerful tax dodgers, and an opposition party economist who says that if Greece's lenders do not agree to alleviate the debt burden, they will "blow the whole thing up".
