As President Obama arrived to deliver his eulogy at Nelson Mandela鈥檚 memorial service he shook the hand of the Cuban President, Raul Castro. The controversial moment threatened to overshadow coverage of the day in the US media. Was the seemingly friendly greeting between long-time foes premeditated, or was Mr Obama just being polite?
