"We were angry at Mandela, but he was right" - Nottingham
Nelson Mandela's message of reconciliation is considered part of his rise to iconic status. But the approach wasn't initially welcomed by many black South Africans at the time. The loss of relatives through personal sacrifice against apartheid helped to harbour feelings of resentment. 大象传媒 Radio Nottingham's Reya El-Salahi hears from Nosi Salusbury, a South African living in Nottingham who says many, like her, felt cheated.
