Lee talks to the Flood Protection Association as the Environment Secretary announced a new plan to deal with flooded parts of south west England will be drawn up.
He meets the director of Alexander Swan Insurance Services in Swindon as they are banning cakes and biscuits and just drinking juice for a week in an effort to detox and become healthier.
And we hear that a pop-up shop in Bradford on Avon is doing so well it's moving to larger premises.
