Vikings are an icon of the Dark Ages, feeding into everything from the operas of Wagner to big Hollywood epics. But a new exhibition at the British Museum in London suggests much of what we think about them is wrong. Our arts correspondent Vincent Dowd has been speaking to the exhibition curator.
