The ‘Moose Sex Project’
The Canadian government is offering tax incentives to supporters of what’s been called the “Moose Sex Project”. There are now less than 1,000 moose in Nova Scotia and conservationists are hoping to build a corridor to neighbouring New Brunswick so other herds can migrate and help boost numbers. Paula Noel is New Brunswick Program Manager with the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
