Budget 2014: Black Britain being left behind

A charity working for racial equality, Voice4Change England (V4CE), is calling for the Chancellor George Osborne to launch an inquiry into it what it calls "alarming" new figures which show that black British communities are losing out in the economic recovery. According to the Labour Force Survey, while the UK's GDP grew every quarter in 2013, and employment for white workers rose by 1.9 per cent, Black African and Caribbean people in work fell by 3 per cent in the same period. In this clip, Kunle Olulode, the director of V4CE, speaks to the 大象传媒's Devon Daley.
