Football: Where did it go wrong for Moyes?
The Manchester United manager David Moyes has been sacked, just 10 months after succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson. The team were Premier League champions last season, but this time they are languishing in seventh place and will miss out on a lucrative place in the Champions League. Football journalist Simon Kuper and former Scottish international Pat Nevin discuss how much difference a manager makes to a football club, but first you’ll hear some of the excuses presented by David Moyes in the face of failure.
