As part of Dying Matters Awareness Week, Sim talks to a woman from Lydiard Millicent whose husband's suffered from motor neurone disease for 18 years and finds out what it's like to have to confront the inevitable and make decisions about end of life wishes.

We catch up with the two students from St John's School in Marlborough who are being followed through the exam period as they take their first GCSE.

And we hear how the Wiltshire riders got on at the Badminton Horse Trials.
