Is it getting better for women in the boardroom?
A study by management consultancy strategy& has uncovered a startling fact - in the past decade, 84 women have taken over the top role at the world's largest firms compared with 2,942 men. They鈥檙e also more likely to be fired than their male counterparts. Per-Ola Karlsson is co-author of the study.
