Met Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe talks to 大象传媒 London 94.9 about what is being called the world鈥檚 largest ever pilot scheme into the use of portable cameras by police officers after the force was criticised following the death of Mark Duggan. Around five hundred officers will have the devices attached to their uniforms.
