Finn Jones was born with heart complications which required surgery straight after birth.

Surgeons at Evelina Children's Hospital in London completed the procedure successfully but Finn then developed problems with his lungs and digestive system, requiring even more surgery.

Finn's health deteriorated so badly his parents Kathryn and Philip were worried he wouldn't pull through.

Philip told Tony Livesey the nightmare scenario they were faced with when Doctors said there was nothing more they could do medically.

Seven months on and Finn is safe at home, living a happy and healthy life just like any other toddler.
