鈥楴o transparency, no verification鈥� in east Ukraine vote
Russia says it respects the vote in favour of two regions in east Ukraine breaking away from Kiev, and that the result should be implemented peacefully. 大象传媒 reporters at polling stations on Sunday witnessed few checks on identity and multiple voting in places. Oleksandr Scherba, Ambassador at Large for the interim government in Kiev, says the vote is a travesty.
