Grandparents "threatened to end lives" in prison
Eric Siegel, the former boss of Paul and Sandra Dunham who are accused of money laundering in the US, reacts after they are hospitalised on the day of their extradition. The retired grandparents from Northampton are accused by their former employer of embezzling more than one million US dollars in illegitimate expense claims. They were given medical treatment in hospital after an ambulance was called to their home, the same morning they were due to report to a police station in London. Paul Dunham was indicted on 13 counts of fraud and money-laundering by a grand jury in Maryland in December 2011, his wife Sandra Dunham is accused of aiding and abetting him.
