Berlioz: Symphonie Fantastique
Virtually everything that Hector Berlioz composed was inspired by a literary or theatrical idea. Even when he came to write his first symphony, he wrote it with a sub-text - "An Episode in the Life of an Artist". Stephen Johnson considers the different components that make up the Symphonie Fantastique (Op. 14) assisted by the 大象传媒 Philharmonic and conducted by Yan Pascal Tortelier.
