Keeping it in the family: Edward and Ben
Edward runs the family firm founded by his late father in the 1960's. His fathers initial investment of 拢1000 has grown into a multi-million pound property empire. Two of Edward's four children work in the business which also employs other family members. Edward and his eldest son Ben discuss how Grandad Arnold's principles still influence how they run the hugely successful firm - and how they'll hand them on to the next generation.
