Hugh Bradlow of the Australian telecoms firm, Telstra, describes his efforts to organise a globalised phone system providing a single emergency number and a worldwide helpline. And Andrew Wallis of the UK charity Unseen, describes work on new laws to encourage multi-national firms to clean up their supply chains - the hidden source of much of the world's slave labour.
