Steve Le Fevre meets America's "Dr BBQ"
With all the recent rain we've been having, you may be forgiven for thinking that lighting that barbeque for the summer is but a distant dream.
So fans of barbeques, grills and hot sauce will rejoice this weekend, as the Grillstock festival returns to the Harbourside in Bristol. It's billed as a two day festival of meat, music & mayhem.
Steve Le Fevre spoke to America's own "Dr BBQ", who will be judging the King of the Grill competition this weekend
