Boko Haram danger ‘underestimated’
Boko Haram poses a seriously underestimated and mortal danger to Nigeria, the region and the West, argues the British think tank, The Henry Jackson Society. It suggests that Boko Haram could merge with Al Qaeda in the Maghreb to create what it calls a 'formidable terrorist group' covering a territory from Morocco to Nigeria. Elizabeth Donnelly, an expert in international affairs, discusses the report with one of its co-authors, Robin Simcox.
