Nato Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, is claiming that Russia is infiltrating environmental groups in Europe to bolster the campaign against fracking for natural gas. We ask whether there is real evidence that the Kremlin is using Cold War tactics to keep Europe reliant on its energy exports. Greenpeace's fracking specialist, Simon Clydesdale, tells us the idea is somewhat fanciful.
