Italian Aperitivo Culture Foodie Friday

It's Foodie Friday with Bill Buckley and Matteo Lamaro from the Curator Caf茅 Totnes is back for a taste of Aperitivo Culture (that's drinks and nibbles before dinner to you and me!)

Recipes

Spaghetti Frittata (you'll never look at leftover spag bol the same way again!)

Take around 250g of leftover cooked spaghetti and sauce.

Whick around 4 to 6 eggs with a little olive oil and season.

Fry the spaghetti and add the eggs so it looks like an omelette frilled with pasta.

When the bottom is cooked through, turn it out onto a plate and slide the frittata back into the frying pan to cook (what was the top) through.

Cook through, slice and serve.

Negroni Cocktail (it's a powerful one so look out!)

One part gin

One part vermouth rosso (red, semi-sweet)

One part Campari

Mix and serve with lots of ice and garnish with a slice of orange
