The first cancer unit for teenagers in the south west opens today in Bristol
The first cancer unit for teenagers in The South West is being opened today in Bristol. The state of the art unit will enable teenage cancer sufferers to be treated together. The facility was designed by teenagers, for teenagers, and offers patients a large social area where they can play pool, watch TV listen to music and play computer games.
Steve Le Fevre at Breakfast talks to Bridget Woodard from the Teenage Cancer Trust, and Jo Redman who recently lost her daughter Ella to cancer.
