Perry chats to author Stephen Bates who has just written "The Poisoner", a book all about Dr William Palmer from Rugeley, who became known as The Rugeley Poisoner or The Prince Of Poisoners. He was publicly hanged in Stafford in 1856, and an estimated 30,000 people flocked to the county town to see this poisoner swing.
