President Obama attacked firms that practice 'corporate inversions' as unpatriotic, because they switch their tax base from the US to countries where they pay less tax, such as Ireland and the Netherlands. We speak to somebody from the CATO institute, who says Obama's tax reform 'sounds sensible' in principle - but implementation will be controversial.
