India Blind to Cricket Progress
Why is India the only major test nation not to officially recognise disability cricket?
The show comes from Old Trafford cricket ground where England and India are playing the 4th test. The game also hosted the first demonstration of blind cricket to take place at an international match. We ask why and whether the prospect of inclusion in the Paralympics might force a change. We are joined by Mahantesh GK, General Secretary of the Cricket Association for the Blind in India, Mo Khatri, a member of the England blind cricket team, and Ian Martin from the ECB.
