70 year old glider crash survivor: 'The world turned upside down'
Pilot, Andrew Preston crashed into another glider at 4500 ft during a competition in Cambridgeshire. The 70 year old told 5 Live that his "training kicked in" once he realised he was in serious trouble.
Mr Preston says the first person he called was his wife, and despite the crash he will not stop gliding because he "loves flying".
